Each of our stones are distinctive and carefully crafted, making them delicate and fragile. Any colour variances or stone imperfections are merely nods to their unique, artisanal beauty.

 

PRODUCT TLC 

• All of our medallions and pendants are water tolerant, therefore can be worn at the beach and by the pool. We recommend rinsing with clean tap water to avoid any future wear & tear to the stone. 
• All of our medallions and pendants are made from real stone, therefore are very fragile. We recommend storing your new medallion on a surface to avoid any future cracks. Please wear with love & care.

OUR REFUND POLICY

• All sales on pyro-melb.com are final. We are not currently offering refunds for change of mind. If you have any questions prior to making your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at pyromelb@gmaill.com.
• If you receive a faulty product, please get back to us with image proof within 7-10 business of when you receive the product. 

SHIPPING

• We offer FREE standard shipping on all of our Domestic orders. Express Domestic shipping is at buyers expense of $15 per order. We also ship internationally at a $20 flat rate.
